3000 gallons $21.50

4000 gallons $23.75

5000 plus gallons $26.00

Commercial users – over 5000 gallons $26.00 plus $1.00 per 1000 gallons

Surcharge per user $10.00/month

Due: 20th of each month to the City of Tyndall.

Cost: Water Rates:  Residential  0-1000 gallons used, $19.50; 

each additional 1000 gallons used, $4.50. 

Commercial 0-1000 gallons used, $27.50

Each additional 1000 gallons used , $4.50.

Electric Rates: Residential- Meter charge, $7.90/mo. All kWh, $.094/kW; Meter surcharge, $2.75/mo.; kWh surcharge $0.0099/kW. 

Small Commercial- Meter charge, $9.30/mo., All kWh, $0.103/kWh; meter surcharge $2.85/mo., kWh surcharge $0.0129/kWh;

Large Commercial- Meter charge $17.65/mo., All kWh, $.04; Meter surcharge $27.00/mo., kW surcharge $3.00/demand kWh.
